They are not a law firm...

I keep getting calls from Jenkins Shaw and Associates. He said that he is holding a warrant onn his desk & if I didn't call back or have my lawyer call back they would sendthe warrant to my county. I filed chapter 13 and all the payday loans I've had I put them in there. I have called in to work because I am scared & I can't eat or sleep behind this. I don't have any money & I have been on my job for 14yrs & I can't lose my job behind this. I don't have any help & its just me & my baby. Any advice on what I can do to keep from going to jail? I am getting in the hold by calling in to work. I need the money but scared to go to work

APPARENTLY NONE OF YOU ARE SMART ENOUGH TO LOOK UP THEIR WEBSITE...THEY ARE AN ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND THEY ARE BASED IN MIAMI FLORIDA...IT JUST SOUNDS TO ME LIKE MOST OF YOU ARE JUST PROFESSIONAL DEBTORS AND ARE TRYING TO FIND WAYS AROUND PAYING WHAT YOU OWE.

call a debt collector lawyer, they do not have a warrant for you. Call your county and find if you truly have one.
