Who is using this number?

My Mom got a call from this number. Said it was the fraud and worthless check division. I called back and they would not tell me the name of their company. I kept calling back until I annoyed the woman into telling me the company name was Davis and associates. Seems very sketchy.

Same deal. Same phone #, but called themselves Dickens Legal Firm. Would provide no Case #, but watned money w/in 6 hrs or threatened to press felony charges. Recorded call. ha

I  RECEIVED THE SAME CALL FROM A LADY AT DICKENS LEGAL FIRM  CLAIMING THERE WAS GOING TO BE A ARREST WARRANT ISSUED HOWEVER I THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM SO I IGNORED THE CALLS , I WAS PICKED UP AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT ...MY BOSS WAS FURIOUS THIS IS A REAL COMPANY THE JUDGE ASKED ME DID I THINK IT WAS A SCAM WHEN I GOT THE FUNDS 4 YEARS AGO ...IF YOU ARE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO SETTLE I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO DO SO ...

When I called back and asked if it was Davis and associates they hung up!!! I believe this is a SCAM. I spoke w my LOCAL attorney and there can be no legal charges filed against me, only a civil suit and POSSIBLE wage garnishment...IF they can prove I owe whoever. No due process and info differentiating from local legal counsel. KMMFA!!!
