Got a msg: "Urgent card starting with XXXXX  is limited please call 3058852695"

me too, I know it's some kind of scam because it says it's regarding a credit card from HSBC bank and I don't have any from that bank.  I also get texts from another number saying they are Morgan Chase and to text regarding a credit card from them

Ditto here.  Text message reads "news @HSBC.net / / Info:HSBC Card. Starting with 544368 Issue Please.Call 3058852695"

Why can't the Feds track down these scammers and make an example out of a few of them? In this age of technology something must be possible to combat this.  If they can track down people who download MP3s this should be very possible.

Annoying text that is similar to others I receive that have other call back numbers.

same as everyone else...how do they even get your number in the first place.
