I don't know either, but I've recieved two calls on a just activated cell phone

This number calls me everyday with a rec and when I call back to but pu
t on the DNC list it says I am but yet it still calls me. Also a comment up there abot the NEO or NCO what ever that company is calls me too and says I owe for dr bill that was paid.

It is a company called Wynstein and Rileigh ( not sure if Im spelling

They will not give me any info when i called
They said someone gave them my number as a reference number.
I did talk to a live person but would not give up any info

I told him i was reporting the number and to stop calling me

He said he would not call me again.
