I have received several phone calls from this number, the first started with I owed a debt and if I didn't leave work right then and go to Western Union to wire the money, then I would be arrested for check fraud. I told them there was no Western Union aroung so they agreed to take it out of my checking account. I was very scared, I had alot of personal things going on and didn't need to worry about being arrested.  I agreed to pay the money they requested, because I didn't know my rights.  Well the next day I get a call they wanted my bank phone number to verify funds, they started leaving threatening messages on my voicemail, that I had 5 minutes to call them back, well then I contacted an attorney and found out my rights, which means they have to provide me with written documentation of the debt. Well, when I asked them to do that, they sent me an invoice stating I owed 1050 for a debt with debt doctors. NO other documentation. So I sent them a valadation letter and now just waiting on a response from them about the orginal debt.

the [***] called my wife at home and at work telling to send them money western union and is under investigation so my father inlaw let me know what was going on so i called the little bastered and gave him a threat after looking online about the number and the name well after finding out the information and telling my wife not to worry about it she calmed down

I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM. THEY LEFT ME A MESSAGE REPEATING MY S.S # OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CALL THE SHERIFF DEPT. ON ME AND HAVE ME PICKED UP FOR CHECK FRAUD? WHAT IN THE HELL IS THIS? I WAS JUST WONDERING HOW THEY GOT MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.

I received a phone call today from Carlos Martin from 305-853-8700. He said I was reported for fraudulent check charges (it's from a loan I didn't payoff) and that he was sending an officer out to my job at 1:00 today to arrest me. I think this is bogus but can anyone out there tell me if they can really do that?

Received a called from Mr. Carlos Martain from the number of 305-853-8700 stated that I owed numerous debt from the debtors.  I replied that I had a lawyer that has handle that case since July 2007!!!! He stated that I will be reported to the Sheriff Dept by 12 noon today and I gave him the number to the department.  Of course, he told me that he didn't need the information.
