I received a phone call from this company and the lady was extremely rude. She asked for me by name which I said this was me. She then went into wanting me to confirm birth days and other personal info which I said no to. I asked her politely what it pertains to and she just responded with it's a personal matter. I asked her what the personal matter was and she just said she'd try back at a better time and hung up.

I'm sorry but if that was truly a law office I don't think they'd behave in such a unprofessional way.

Called asking to verify personal information. Claims to be a law office doing collections for unpaid hospital bills. Too bad that hospital uses a company in Tampa or st Pete. They tried sending a follow up letter as well, the letter had a California address with the Miami number. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO!!! I didn't give mine and still got that fake letter
