Call was left on answering machine saying I was to be sued by IRS. I was told to call 305 831 4639 immediately to avoid court. I have not and will not.

Received automated phone call stating this is an attempt to contact regarding a serious enforcement action by the US Treasury.  Wants a call back to talk to make arrangements or face Federal Criminal Action before a US Magistrate, or Grand Jury.
FYI, if enforcement agency EVER wants to take action against a US Citizen, they will contact you in person or via Certified US Mail.

Same message as the previous caller the caller said.really I'm from Nebraska!?
