What happens when hackers figure out how to call any Smartphones from bot phone servers, and when the phone is answered the hack compromises the phone's and a malicious executable transfers the information to a giant internet base used for mining phone and personal information from citizens, in order to gather trend patterns.... oh wait they already do. The NSA, has been doing stuff like that... WELL before 9/11.
I guess the a Federal Court made a ruling that LAWSUITS can be FILED, against them now.
BUT not the Phone Service Provider. They are protected under Patriot, and the other, ReAL... COMMUNICATION privacy INVASION.
Too bad it is only 5 years in FEDERAL prison for violating the Patriot Act gag, and be a rookie whistle blower.
It would be fun to build computer communication systems, built to seek out malicious wire and data TAPs, and trace them to the SOURCE.
Carrier IQ anyone?
