This man keeps calling and laughing on the phone? He then ask for my husband. He is totally unprofessional and harrassing. He sounds creepy.He must be trying out a scam?

This number keeps calling me too probably cause I was looking for health insurance quotes. I've stopped answering my phone.

I got a call this morning. I don't answer if I don't know who is calling... But sounds like a scam.
