Caller asked for the youngest person in the household.    Really?

Have been receiving up to 4 calls a day from this number since Monday, 11/14. Whomever is calling does not leave a  message

I am getting up to 3 calls a day from this number also.  No messages left.

Has been calling for a few days. After the third call today, I picked up. They said they were conducting a research survey and would like to speak to the yojngest registered voter in the household. I said that was me and that sure I would participate. Then he told me to hold on for a second and then said "Oh sorry. It looks like we have reached our quota for your area. Thank you for your time." Very odd.
