Got a call 01/26/2010 from a Roger Harris, identifying that I have 3 criminal actions based upon an application for a payday loan. The loan was from Quick Pay Day, while I looked into these loans I never actually completed one. I was informed that the legal officers would arrive at my place of business and I would have to go to court for some crazy number. For anyone who has dealt with debt collectors, they know how much it is, they have to get a judgment, they know what days they deposited money into your account and no one that I have ever dealt with has called the sheriff legal officers. Big time scam but I'm curious if anyone has actually had money removed from their account. I assume that one of the places that I applied looking for cash advances has had their information hacked, I would like to know where they got the information. I am contacting the Minnesota Attorney General's office tomorrow with this scam. Any information about the source of this information is greatly appreciated, respond here with an email so I may get in contact with you. Don't believe the bs from anyone who says this is real and I hope that the law firm whose name is being used fraudently get's this [***].
