Didn't leave a message. Getting calls from flash numbers all day.

Annoying phone calls from this number. Never leave message.

Keep getting calls from this number, I finally answered and the person on the other end had a thick accent and I could barely understand him, said he was calling to save me on my energy bills with some sort of solar solution., said not interested and hung up and added the number to my block list.  Sounds like scammers to me.
