This is a scam!! They called me when I had a police officer standing next to me due to my car being involved in a hit & run.  The female on the phone hung up on the police officer and when she called them back the female on the phone said she was from Federal Court and I needed to pay $350 and if I didn't I would be fined $3000.  They also do not speak English only Spanish.  When questioned further the female said she would see us in court tomorrow and hung up.  In the past the female told me she would show up with local law enforcement.  

Do not send them any money we also requested paperwork reference the debt and she would not provide it.

I received a call from Ramon Martinez (305) 735-2220 claiming to be from the Department of Consolidation of the IRS. He got my information from Hispanic Global Way which they are located in California. He claims I owe $393.00 for unpurchased good.  If I don't pay he will send the police to my house, get me arrested and be in jail for 5 years. He also claimed that I had to appear in a California court by the end of May to resolve this issue or i will be fined $4,000.  He approached me in a very rude and nasty way.  He also asked for personal questions like " Do you have sex?" after I told him that I was a senior citizen over 80 years old. Also involved is Guadalupe Montenegro, which he claims that she will dismiss all charges is the amount is paid.  He also provided his legal Licence #LW8422 and his address at 1610 South Boulevard, Hollywood, FL.  The license information does not exist under the State of Florida or California.  DO NOT PAY ANYTHING.  HE IS A SCAM ARTIST.

This person called my home in an aggressive manner demanding to be paid over $4,000 for an alleged debt that I do not owe.  Tel # 305-735-2220.  He threatened that he will be coming to my home to get the money.  He claimed to be calling from a law firm.  When we called the number again he was evasive and would not identify what company he is calling from.  Do not give this criminal any informaton.  It is obvious that he is trying to steal someone's identity.

I received a called from (305)-735-2220 and saying that I have to pay $450 and that I have to pay or else I have to go to court in Miami. They are going to come to my house and take what ever I have. Which I have nothing because I live an apartment. My mother is scared thinking this was true. They are trying to get money out of me and saying that they are from a company "conciliacion legal" and that they are associated with FedEx
