Received call as Cell Phone FL 305-731-3232, answered was "Lisa" with automated voice message for "credit card services" to "lower my interest rate to as low as 6%" asked to press number to talk to a representative and when that wasn't done the call disconnected.

Called early, left no msg. I don't know the number, I assume it a scammer or sales pitch.

Pressed 9 to talk to a person to tell them to stop calling (for the 2nd time). Guy came on the line. I started by saying "I have a problem". He cut me of and said "I am not a doctor and can't help you with your problem, f*** you". Clearly not legit.
