I've been getting calls from this number and others daily for a couple weeks now. I never answer it, sometimes they do leave a message which it is "Tim" calling from the health enrollment center and to call them back. They also call me from 2 other phone numbers from different cities and states, they do not leave a voicemail when calling from the other numbers but they call from one number, then another, then another back to back in sequence so I'm sure it is all the same person/company. I just signed the do not call registry and will be answering the next time they call to tell them to stop calling me.

I've been getting calls from this number about once a day on my cell phone, and they leave a message saying it is Tim calling from the health enrollment center saying to call back to discuss the Affordable Care Act and that my application has been approved by 2 AAA rated agencies. I called the number back late one night to see if it was someone calling by mistake, and it immediately when to a recording.

Okay, so I got the same call from this number and I just listened to the spill.  The guy actually asked me for my social and dob and was fishing for information I asked who he was and he went into the spill and asked for the information again and I finally told him Look I am not going to give you any identifying information on me and if he has my address to send me information and I will review and call if I am interested.  He tried one last time and I told him No and he said "Well F*** you buddy" and hung up on me.  This is a scam ladies and gents do not give them any information.

Goes by Health Enrollment Center, American Healthcare Plans, Inc and E Healthcare, individuals listed with BBB & FL Dept of State Divison of Corps are Steven Dorfman, Rod Marks, Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. Current address is in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Couldn't find first biz name registered with FL BBB, other two have "F", has 17 combined complaints (16/1) with no responses from Jan-May 2011.

Plan info comes from Partners In Health Care/Tri-Resource Corp/Allied Veterans Advisors in Wisconsin, phone #920-968-0574 & 866-779-0054 but goes through yet other companies Heathcare Mediation & others not named. It is actually a health care mediation (re-pricing) program with discounts of 20-60%. (Not the 70% I was told).

Cancelled the plan with H.E.C. on 4-21-11, within the 30 day review period, as what was sold to me was not what I received, have not received a refund. Several attempts to check the status resulted in "we'll call you back" and ended with customer service saying she could not help me and either I would or would not get a refund. Tried to get help from Partners in Health Care, no go.

There are many posts of others who have had similar problems. Tried to do my due diligence, however the numbers I was given and the name had not yet had any posts to them. Asked if Tim if he was licensed in Oregon and Arizona and was told yes. Unfortunately Arizona doesn't require licensing and Oregon couldn't find any listing for him. 1d10c71

This person has called me and left messages saying that its Tim from the Healthcare enrollment bla bla bla.. just as someone previously posted..

Some exact drag they are trying to run on me. I sent them a text simply asking them to please not call me.
