If they dont leave a message, then it isn't important. It could be a scam of some sort. I have been getting the same number calling me, and they dont leave a voicemail. If it were important, like if you owed money to a creditor or something, they would have other ways of contacting you and they would leave a message.

They left this message, its a violation of the TCPA ""Hi this is Carlos and this is a call like none other you've ever received. Like you. I was interested in bringing home more cash. Now if you're truly serious about creating financial freedom. Then let me introduce you to a cash generating system that is been in existence for over a decade now there's no selling there's no cold calling no chasing friends and family to find out how to start generating cash. Simply go to www.nogas@thelast.com. There you'll find a complete overview to our secrets of success or if you prefer simply call 305-713-1130 and leave a message with your name and number so that we can get back with you as soon as possible. Once again that website is www.nodebt@thelast.com. Thanks for taking the time to listen and make it an awesome day."

Shill Alert !!
Sneaky Shill not really sneaky enough.  I bet you thought you were the first to try this, eh?

I do not see where this post is even a sneaky shill.  He clearly say's the message left is a violation of the TCPA!  All he did was post the message he found verbatim.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
