Caller was obviously from a calling center since I could hear other people in the background. Caller said they were "Home Solar Experts, located in Miami. I asked for their callback number and agent said "That was above my pay grade." He did not know their telephone number. My caller ID shows caller as "Angel Alvarez" which is of course spoofing.
