So called company SGMCL, Strategic Global Management and Consulting Limited, is pure scam !!
I checked its website: http:// www.sgmcl.com
Allegedly headquarted in Hongkong with a satellite premise on US Virgin Islands and both without a precise address. No street- or floornumber, no responsable persons by name, no company registration number, no terms of service, no US office onshore.
This is absolutely no correct impressum and typically for fraud.
For me, their website and their services are a pure scam, directed to rather unexperienced investors !!
Trying to intimidate people, who own US Pre-IPO Shares, by claiming after a future take-over those
shares will be worth nothing is pure nonsense, without delivering a reason.
Poor and bloody attempt at intimidation !!
