Received a call the other day from them saying they had 2 cases against me for debts from 2009. I owed about $1700 but they'll take 900. I told they I have never received any information from them in regards to any case. Mail me the information and I'll take to my attorney to review it. They don't have any of the information to mail me they only handle the call. If I want to avoid court I need to pay them . Told them no, I have just found out about you and I don't even know if you're a real company. Told them I don't do payments over the phone. If they want any chance of getting paid they need to mail me all the documents. She hung up on me. Happy I didn't pay them anything.

Impact Mediation, so they claim. I ask for their mailing address and they hung up.  Called back with my own spoofed number and said they kept calling me so i need to know what they were calling about and again hung up.

Received a call from them yesterday (7/20/16 around lunchtime), which I did not answer. Naturally, they left no message, and thanks to this website, I have now been able to confirm that my decision was a wise one. The number has been blocked, and they will get nowhere trying to reach me. Come and get me, clowns.

This number has been calling my mother's house number, my cell phone number, as well as my stepfathers work cell number asking for me by a name I have not used in 8 years. When I got divorced I went back to my maiden name. I am wondering how the heck they even got my family members number. They are claiming I owe a debt for a payday loan which is funny because I was military at the time, deployed at the time, and had no reason to get any payday loans. Not to mention, I would never do a payday loan due to the simple fact the interest rates on them. When I asked them for detailed information regarding this debt, they then threatened garnishment of my wages. I told them that's funny, how can you garnish wages when you do not even know if I work or where I work. When I asked to have all information mailed to me, he hung up on me.
