Got a call from this # but I didn't answer it. I don't know a single person in Fl.  Sometimes they are wanting me to do a survey.

recorded message offers to lower your credit card rate

The (illegal) prerecorded messages coming from this number seem to be located precisely where 305-681-6394 is. (Check it out on Intelius People Search.)  This is a place called Urban Mortgage & Business Services, in Opa Locka, FL.

If you push 1 (as instructed) and tell them to remove you from their calling list (and/or that you are going to report their FTC violations), the guy tells you you're wasting HIS time, and slams the phone down.

I had the same problem.  I submitted a complaint to the FCC - you should all do the same.

Recorded message offered FREE vacation for four!! Recording did allow to opt out by pressing number 8. If they call again, they will be reported to the FCC and FTC.
