The owner of the # is personified to be irs

Received a call from this number with an automated tell stating they were calling from the IRS.  I called the number back, and the guy that answered said "Thank you for calling the IRS".

Caller said they were from the IRS.  Wanted to know where I was calling from. I insisted that this must be a scam.  He said that since I "believe" that,  he would hang up.

George Belowski called as the IRS official. After much talking and changing my call from Land LIne to Mobile and that gave me time...time to check on line this name and it turned up under three different phone numbers
