This person (had an East Indian accent, name was Steve Martin) was very rude to me and threatened if I did not immediately pay him for a bad debt for a payday loan. Similar situation to Ed, he had all my personal information (he must have either hacked into some Internet site or onto my computer) and called my work along with my personal phone multiple times, claiming there would be legal action against me if I did not pay $402.00 directly from my bank account.

Hopefully someone will do something about this...very annoying situation to deal with.

They called me threatening legal action ASAP on me. They would not give me the name of the company though. So be careful. They wanted me to fax my info, ID, and consent to pay something I have no idea.

Today Joe Morrison called me from some legal bull....telling me I owe on a loan.  Explain to him I didn't own no payday loan anything.  This guy had my information, so I retrieved my credit report today.  I explained to him I was going to get the attorney general involve for harassing me.  He's called from two different numbers but it him answering the phone (727-378-0227 and 305-647-1365.  Although he got upset...who ever he is.....he doesn't speak good english and has a terrible telephone line.

Me too ! got same problems, same guy , same 2 phone numbers 727-378-0227 and 305-647-1365 , call everyday with same stupid questions and very hard to understand him , try to get my infor , it's a scam . someone must bring this guy out to the daylight .

This guy has been calling me for days. Two different numbers just like everyone else. I can tell all of you what I know, he's in the florida Key's. He told me that i was going to have charges brought against me for deposit account fraud, theft by deception, etc, etc. my wife, fairly confident that this was a scam, called the dude, and he asked her "Who the hell is this". There is no company. The phone number is a house phone.

Me too.  Same number same guy. Told me he had a legal matter I had to settle with him. I told him I don't handle legal matters over the phone and he should send whatever he had via certified mail and I would address it and I hung up. He called back.  This time he was irate and told me his letter wouldn't do any good and that he would be taking me to court if I ddin'tsettle with him that day. I hung up.  It seems like this number is being spoofed from out of the country. It is definately a scam.
