I live in Puerto Rico and Got the exactly the same experience. The call was in spanish asking to press #1 to receive the gift.

I also live in PR and get phone calls (it seems like a machine) asking to press #1 for a "prize" (in Spanish). When you call back it is always busy. They are a pain the lower back.

They call at all hours of the day. When I try to call back I get a busy signal
