Received an urgent phone message stateing "If you want to lower your finance charges on your credit cards, it's URGENT that you phone us right away.  We have been trying to reach you and this is your final chance to lower your interest rates."  then they say press one to talk to an account rep.  So I do and they come on the line ask me am I responding to the ad.  I ask them to please remove my number from their calling list, then they hang up on me!!! Rude people I tell you, I can't wait for some one to sue the folks.
