Got a call from 305-600-1048.  Capital One Auto Finance.

CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE

I have received fourteen phone calls from them in the past three days, three of them I answered and they are looking for someone who had my cell phone number before me.  I have told them THREE times that they have the incorrect number, but they still insist on calling me back.  I think I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, or an attorney as I think this is bordering on harrassment.  They are using my cell phone minutes...especially after I told them the very first time they called that they have the wrong number!!!

This is the third call I received from a different area code than "972".  In total, I received 7 robo-calls from them today - I expect to receive at least one or two more before the day is through.  Even when you communicate with them, they still have you programmed into their robo-call system.  There has to be something I can do - this harassment has the potential of costing me my job.

the call from 215-240=8309 is capitol one auto finance and yes they robo call and robo call here are several other numbers they use and it gets to point of harrassment.  I think they should be reported to the FCC and if they are calling you at work, that is definately a NO NO, according to the fair practice law, they are NOT supposed to call you at work, or call your friends or relatives, however we have had them calling us from several different numbers at least four to five sometimes more x's per day and they have even called relatives.  Here are just a few more of their numbers.  Oh but wait, they will continue to call you even after you make the payment, and don't be even one day late.    the numbers are 972-378-4101,305-600-1048281-201-1080, I guess they think if they call on different numbers you won't know it is them.  And I do believe their call center is in India, because nine times out of ten when you do answer the call there is usually an Indian on the other side.
