They have called several times and I can not understand what they are saying - they ask for ladeener Whiteside

Foriegn accents and they don't know how the names are in English.  They keep calling and leaving message saying it is urgent to call back with file number.  The name on caller ID is ENCIRCLE.  They call several times a day/week and at different times.  I think they are scams.

I agree, these people are unintelligable. No clue what or who they want. Ask for someone named Rob. Just tell them until someone who speaks english calls u have nothing more to say

I work at a collections agency and one of our customers called in saying Encircle called her asking for checking acct info....cst was suspicious, but the freaky thing is they called her on behalf of our bsn &  were collecting the same amt she owed for insufficient funds. How in the world did they know the same amount??? thats my question, they must have some sort of info from her... shred all your documents properly peeps!
