Caller ID shows  HELTH BNFT WCA.  I called the number and a recording identifies them as WCA Subcriber Services, offering $100 giveaways Monday - Friday, special offers on prescriptions, ipods, home entertainment systems, blah blah blah.  They call, and all you have to do is pick up and you are automatically entered into that particular day's giveaway.  You are given an opportunity to OPT OUT, which they tell you will take up to 7 days.  Once the recording finishes its speil, HIT 2 to opt out.

The is who the number is: WCA operates the Special Offer Service, a unique subscription-based program that rewards consumers for consenting to receive recorded messages that include special product offers and purchase incentives.  Subscribing consumers are automatically entered into a daily cash sweepstakes whenever they answer one of our calls and thousands of dollars have already been awarded. For more information about the SOS, please visit: www.specialofferservice.com you can go to: http://www. wca consent .com/HOME.html to remove your name.
