Call went into our voicemail.  Heard other people on phones in the background and the guy who called us sitting there sniffling once in a while.  Obviously some type of boiler room.

Solar panels for free - I blocked them.

Wanting to give "free" solar panels.   Caller had heavy foreign accent and sounded located in large call center with lots of background noise.    Very rude when told not interested.

Telemarketer, do not answer.  They have moved from a California number to a Fla number that "is no longer in service".  The "Do Not Call" thing is a joke.  Like most things our government does, it does not work.
