Hung up when I answered. Caller ID says Miami FL

They hung up when they got my answering machine.

Recording from "your credit card company" only offers the option to connect to rep now.  Pressed nine.  Creepy laughter when I asked to be removed from their calling list.

This is the same company that calls from different numbers with the msg.."this is your final opportunity to lower your credit card rate"  I get 1 or 2 calls from this company every day.. I have tried politely telling them I don't have any credit card debt and to stop calling me, I have disconnected the call as soon as it rings, I have threatened to file complaint with the state attorney, nothing works.  I don't know how to stop this harassment!!! I have talked to a human and asked what company this is and all they say is they work with all the major credit card companies
