Very persistent caller pretending to be an investigator however, never identifying from what agency, saying something about my social security and bank acct info is being investigated for ??? Such a scam, however they want you to press 1 but then they don't answer or give a voicemail option!!

Got a call today from a Katrina Clarke 305-521-8716 and 786-350-2552. Said she was calling from Jack Adams and Associates located at 2665 S Bayshore Miami Florida 33133. Asked for $712.12. Said she was sending me some form to my email. Never received it. Also said that she was transferring me to the Restitution dept. That never took place instead she asked for 2 references before I can be transferred.  Never got transferred because I wouldn't give them names. Called back several times. Always answer with "Litigation Dept." Still no information. On the phone with them now. They hung up on me again.

legal department calling for investigation concerning me ???

Just got a call from this number from Michelle davenport. Says she is a investigator working on a case containing my name and social security number. But she never says my name or what transaction she is investigating... Just another call to block.... Or take seriously... I blocked it for now... I have gotten other calls from the 305 area code that were believed to be scams so I'm assuming this one is too

Just love the improper legalese that these foreign scammers use. So their working on a case for your social security number? Bad card! bad! It's the Captain Crunch crowbar hotel for you!
