I too have 2 unauthorized charges from Vision Point, for $114 and $90. My CU said they were a secure company. Need to go back to CU.

They illegally charged my credit card. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company. The charge came up FILE KEEPER SERVER 305-517-7854 FL. BEWARE!!!!! This is a SCAM charge!!!

There was no phone call. A charge on my credit card showed up from FILE KEEPER SERVER with the phone number 305 517 7854. In the memo section f the credit card statement it describes the charge as "computer network information services" for the company located in Florida with zip code 33178. I've never heard of this company; never done business with this company. A google search turns up your site and others identifying the company as a fraud scam. I called my credit card company, they will cancel the card and send me a new one. I also had a charge from a HEALTH EMPORIUM company with phone number 315 355 3731 and this is a fraud scam, also. These may be related or dis-related scammers but both charges were for under $100. Both occurred on/around the same date of 19/20 May 2015. BEWARE - these are not nice people.

Second scum bag. No phone call. Just like the HEALTH EMPORIUM charge that was made to my account without my knowledge. Checking my credit card statement also turned up a charge from FILE KEEPER SERVER, 305-517-7854 , FL for the amount of $90.95. Called number, operators all busy. Fraudsters at work.
