If you get a call from this #, beware this is a scam from a Jim Chocas also know as James Cannon, he states he has a home in Casper Wy, which he is renting for a low price, he is currently living in Hawaii(work) and is looking for someone to take care of his home in Casper Wy, he asks for your info via email and the $ sent via wester union to secretary!!! I asked for a copy of the deed to his home to verify he is the legal owner and all he replied was that he is Christian and it is againts his doctrine to rip off people!!!

i had the same thing happen to me but for a house in Wichita ks. he claimed he was working in Hawaii and had to "mail the keys" after i mail my first months rent.

He is also scamming people in Lincoln, NE under the name Jorge Zelada. Please do not agree to renting a home from him! He was trying to rent a house to me that he does not own!  He wanted me to agree to renting the place before he would even let me see the inside!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

He is trying to rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath home to me in Charleston, SC. $ 625 a month with utilities included. Glad I did some research. He is going by the name David Pratt and advertised on Craigslist.

This number is also associated with the exact same situation in Boise, ID. He states that he has a home for rent, all utilities incl, send all your info, and that he lives in Hawaii for work.  I am so glad that I looked up this number or I would have gotten scammed in a huge way!!  Do not rent from this guy!!
