called about appearing before a federal judge they could help me and appreciate my cooperation

Same as above.  Said his name was "Kenneth Gray" and was calling about some enforcement action of security something.  "Ignoring this will result in an appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury.?  Something about a "federal offence."  He went on to say, "I advise you to cooperate with us and help us help you."  This was recorded on my answering machine.  I DID NOT return the call.  The guy sounded like he was from India.  No company name, just "Kenneth Gray," from Bombay for all I know.

I received the same call as above this afternoon, it was left on my machine about appearing in court and would appreciate my cooperation, and it would be in my best interest, it was a bad recording and only got half of what was said.. I did not call them back. So sick of these scammers

Received a call 10 mins ago stating all the same as the above postings.   Some guy calling from India (recording) stating he'd appreciate my cooperation and something about federal court, etc.

Same experience as above. However, did not have an Indian sound. Had a slight British sound to it.
