Multiple Calls inbbound to me. I was unabel to answer, redialing back, out of service

This number continues to call me... When I callbackit says that the number is not in service??? This cannot be legal and I will do my homework...

Yeah... same story as everyone else, I guess. The number called while I was in school, I saw it about an hour later during a break. Called back when I got home... out of service =o

A person I met on internet and thought lived in Colombia (person insists still is in Colombia)called me and it showed this number. Caller i.d. actually said Miami Florida + the number in question......don't know what to say??
