Got call from person I couldn't hardly under stand and hung up

Unknown.  No message left.

I was stupid enough to answer my phone..."Tom" greeted me with a nice, thick, Indian accent and told me he was calling from the Miracle Confirmation Network.  He wanted to know if I or any of my family members had recently undergone gall bladder surgery.  At least, I think that's what he was asking.  I thanked him for the call and promptly hung up.  I'm not going to block the number just yet because I'm interested to see if they call again.  

person kept saying hello on my voice mail have no idea of who it was
