Received a call to offer International Calling Service Plan.....In spite of the fact that they called a cellular phone and on that is on the US GOV DO NOT CALL LIST...I have reported and recorded the call. Everyone that receives a call f this nature should report it to the US Gov. and by law the caller must take your number off of his calling list and is subject to fines if calls continue.
