A recording in spanish plays when you answer the call.  There is an option at the end of the message to hit 'marque el uno' and it rings to a live person.  The very second that they hear that you don't speak spanish - they laugh and hang up.  I dialed the number back several times and tried to tell them in Spanish to stop calling (deja de llamarme) but they hang up immediately because my accent is too English sounding.  Number is registered in Florida.
