This was discussed in another thread: they claim to be a survey company (so they can get around the DNC regulations, which don't bar survey callers) and as LAB pointed out, they use a name with the initials SSI in an attempt to fool people into answering. As for doing something!!!!, that's entirely up to you, not to anyone here. You have to learn not to answer, to ignore, or to block the calls.
