I recieved a call at work from a guy who said he was an officer and that his senior legal team was listening. He said that if I did not send 800.00 via western union, he would file charges against me for fraud.  I told him that I did not know who he was.   He scrared the mess out of me because I do not know what bill I owe and He said he had my social security number.

I got a call from the same number. I think this is a total scam. I did have a few payday loans still out, i have cancelled my bank account, and still owe on a few. These guys "Roy Campbell" called me a few months ago, and my not thinking sent him the money... Well now he's calling me again, yesterday in fact, claiming to be  United States Legal Department or something like that. I'm not bothering, i'm not sending money, or even calling him back. Don't be intimidated by these guys. They can do NOTHING!

I recieved a phone call from a guy in February at work repeating the same message that I got a few days before on my cell phone threatening me claiming he is an Austin Texas Police Officer and that he had my correct addressand SS Number.  However the address he mentioned was incorrect and somehow he had my correct Socical Security Number.  He also said he was from FTR Processing and that his name was Will Buckner but his voice mail had a different name.  I have never heard of FTR Processing or a Will Buckner.  By the way this person had an Asian typ voice.

So I called back and threaten to contact my lawyer, he proceeded to get argumentative with me and insisted that I wire him $900 dollars that I owed some unknown payday loan and he was going to have the US authorities team come after me.  I resued to wire him the money on a certan date at 1:30PM.  He calles back and says that I did not wire it to him at1PM like we had talked about (we never agreeded he just assumed I was to do that).

As of today the 26 of June 2008 I got a message from a man aksing me to call him back saying he was from FTR Processing and that he had my SS number ending in the numbers 3283.  Everytime I tired to call back I got an immediate voicemail for a Roy Campbell.  When he calld me back he asked to speak to me and I refused to give him my name until he identified himself to me.  He proceeded to say that he could not tell me who his name but that he was from FTR Processing saying that I owed money for a Payday Loan.  I asked him to specify an amount he was claiming owed and he would not specifiy the amount.  I told him if you are not going to idently youself other than you are from FTR Processing than I have no reason than to believe that you are fraudulant.  He threaten that soemthing would happen to me for on complying.  Meanwhile this person spoke to me in an Asian voice.

Upon further investigation somehow I discoved money out of my Bank of America acount was trying to be withdrew for the unknown unknown payday loan.  I contacted Bank of America an informed them of the fraudlant activity and they insisted that is was my falut and now my account is having all sorts of problems.  I do not understand how I can tell a reputable bank like Bank of America and they do not belive that I am telling the truth.  They said that I would have to get a hold of FTR Processing and make them appolabige in a letter and then Bank of America would work with me concerning the matter.  Which means Bank of America did not want to work with me at all.

I suggest to people that if you did get this call than report it to yourlocal police station to have a rfeport on file.
