I keep getting this number calling on my cell phone and they keep talking spanish and mixed english.  I am beginning to wonder if Virgin Mobile does this to make customers use up minutes.  I very seldom use the cell phone so I went with the prepaid phone and add $100 every february.  Usually I have funds remaining.  It is almost October and I have about $40 left and only reason it is so low I downloaded a bunch of ringtones to go with each family member. I get calls from Texas and Florida and all speak broken english. But seems it only happens when I haven't used the cell phone inawhile.  I even found it funny when I had an emergency and called 911.  I dialed 911 and got a virgin mobile operator and she was speaking spanish to me, then connected me to 911.  I found that funny since my husband has Verizon (work) and ATT and that never happens.  Looks like February I may have to switch.
