UNKNOWN NAME in caller ID. Message on answering machine started with several seconds of on-hold music followed by a woman with a Hispanic accent saying "Hello?" then saying nothing while other men and women were in the back apparently also making phone calls. Sounds like another boiler-room operation

These people are actually DirectTV, and this department has only a supervisor that speaks english! Call either 800-531-5000 or 888-466-9635 to complain and get your name off their call list. You would think they could speak english!!!
