If you want to continue this purchase consideration,  I suggest you provide me with some valid and verifiable information about yourself … such as name, address, and two contact phone numbers. I am almost certain I will not be hearing from you again. This is why if I don’t hear from you again,  I will be contacting The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) (a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) via the following: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov  &  http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
and alerting them of your intentions to defraud me via Federally Regulated and Protected Means (A.K.A. the internet).  It would seem if you are so educated, you wouldn’t make these simple grammar and silly spelling mistakes.  It seems as if you aren’t the only one trying a scam in the same “profession”…. If your intentions are pure, disregard this before mentioned hostility, and provide me with the above requested information ASAP! You asked me why I am selling it…. I disclosed this in my Craigslist ad. My ad clearly states CASH.

is the email he used, I googled the phrase "because this meets my perfect search. I am contacting you via email as am on duty and coming to your residence for inspection won't be possible" and found this I knew it too be a scam.

I received the same e-mail. He used the name Raphael Hawson. Thanks for sharing posts. I too knew it was a scam. It's sad that's all these people have to do is try and rip people off.
