CIGNA needs to get on top of this scam on behalf of their reputation, HIPAA and policy holders!

If this number is an automated questionnaire from Cigna health care... CIGNA should know better than to expect policy holders to give/confirm personal information from an automated call.

keep getting robocalls from this number identifying themselves as cigna, whom i recently signed up with for healthcare. cigna denies it is them so now i am worried they are either selling my information or their database has been hacked. either way, if the calls persist i will be cancelling my cigna policy and finding another provider.

I keep getting a recorded message from this number in Miami which says, Have I reached the right person?, press 1 for yes, press 3 for no.....  They never say who they are calling!  What an aggravation

I've gotten a dozen calls from this number, and they are requesting personal information. The Cigna agent I spoke with says these calls are not coming from them, and not to respond to them.  This appears to be a scam: someone is phishing for your personal info.
