Please review my earlier comment. I have since researched "Direct Choice" and found out the following:
DirectChoice™, CoolChoice™, and BestChoice™ were established in 2003. These product warranties are administrated by : Consumer Direct Warranty Services, P.O. Box 993520 Redding, CA 96099-3520, Toll-Free 800-209-3755 .
Copyright © 2007, Consumer Direct Warranty Services . This agreement is a product warranty. It is not insurance and is not subject to state insurance laws .  You can find out more by going to aaautowarranty.com/DirectChoiceContract.asp   The calls are most likely being made for a call center they have contracted out to in Miami Fl.

Have received two calls from the same company in the past two days.  When I called them back, both numbers were "not in service".

I pressed "1" to speak to the operator on the second call and got the same "make and model and year" question.  When I told her we were on the Nat'l Do Not Call list, she hung up.

Call was from this number > 1-305-408-6643, at 10:44am, CST.  They left a message on my answering machine (while I was away) saying, "We have made several attempts to  reach you. This is your final courtesy call, before your vehicle is reclassified. Press 1 to speak to a warranty specialist, or press 2 and your file will be closed."
At no time, in the message, did they ever say WHO they were, or WHO they were trying to contact.  Sounded pretty fishy to me!

This number was on my caller ID and came up as Miami, FL, no message left.

For over 6 months, we are being harrassed by 305-408-6643.  We are registered on the Government's National "Do Not Call" list and whomever this is, is in violation of our Do Not Call registration.  When we answer, we get a recording about a car warranty that we do not have and we are unable to disconnect the recording.  If we do not answer
305-408-6643 continues to call back!
