on April 25th at approximately 2:50 pm eastern time, I received a called from a law firm by the name of Wilson and Morgan. The individual stated that they wanted to talk to me. When I called back, an individual by the name of Bryan King said that he was a lawyer and that he was calling about an American Cash loan that he claimed was deposit into my account  and I did not paid back. He said that I will be arrested taken to prison  arrested from my job or home and lose my job, my schools unless I pay $8000.00. This news was very disturbing to me because such incident never occur. . I spoke with a representative who told me that this was a scam that they having been receiving complaints about scams in such situation. This Bryan King man continuously called me harassing me that I will be arrested if I do not pay him $8000.00. When I called him back and said to stop harassing me and I filing a complaint, he hangup the telephone. I am afraid that some is using my information to do a scam or to threaten me. This guy has a thick indian accent. Very annoying and they should be put in jail.  the num is 3054079308

He said his name is Ted Cummings when I did some research on this name and PAYDAY LOAN FRAUD. His name came up alot with several different telephone numbers. 305-407-9781.

these people did the same thing to me, but everytime they call, its from a different number. The first call came from a 323 area code number, the few times after that the number has been 305-507-4418. These people NEED TO BE TRACKED DOWN AND ARRESTED FOR FRAUD!!!!! The indian guy thats always on the phone, is very rude, makes threats, and doesnt say what the calls are for. The only thing he says is that its a lawsuit against me for frauding a Loan Company and all this other B.S.

I got a phone call from 305-407-9781. They claim I owe money for a payday loan which I never applied for.they have my name, social security number,address,and even my ip adress for my computer. They are very rude when they call. They are claing they are from law firm wilson and morgan. They told me I was being charged with fraud and that I will have to serve time for this. When I. Tried asking for information they started yelling and screaming at me telling me they have nothing more to tell me. I had told them I contacted my local police department they told me to never threaten them with the police again.so beware of men calling with an indian accent because they are trying to get payment from people that never even took out a loan.
