this is a complete scammer-owned number.  In autumn 2012, i received a call from this guy to refinance my mortgage.  stupidly i gave him my credit card number and the next thing that happened, of course, was a $1,000 charge.  after two months I never received the product promised so i worked with the bank to reverse the charge.

additionally, several purchases were made with my card number to vendors like www.ilikescotch.com,skype, amazon.com and some other odds and ends.  thankfully amazon.com used my on-file mailing address so the new $165 kindle he ordered arrived at my home.

the guy had the nerve to text me and leave voicemails indicating he was confused as to why the bank was contacting him to investigate the charges.

Today i see a missed call from him (this number) on my home coller ID and i received an email from Twitter indicating i have a new follower.  Guess who it is?  Elvin-the-Scammer.  I think it is time to collect my materials and report the series of incidents to my local law enforcers.

Beware!

I received a call from this number with no identifying information--just "wireless caller."   Did not pick up
as the area code was not familiar to me  Since I checked, will not call back.  Thanks for the tip.
