IDs as Zulema Correra. Have received several similar calls over the last few wks. I don't answer so goes to voicemail but with no message. I too am on No Call list but get them on both land and cell #s. Frustrating! Also, once did answer. Yes, same, do I want to lower my interest rates on my credit cards? Sneakily asked for #s, codes, address, etc. I caught on and reported. Nothing but common thieves!

They claim to be able to lower your credit card rates to 6%.  I pressed 9 to speak to the representative and told them to remove me from their call list. He said, "Don't you want to lower your credit card rates?"  I said they already are low and I know they are con artists.  He hung up.
