I got a recorded message at noon on May 27, 2013.  It was an offer to lower the interest rate on my credit cards.  The caller did not give the name of her company.  I reported the call on donotcall.gov.

didn't recognize number so didn't answer; no message left

No message. Called number discontinue.

Received call , ans machine got it. Hang up.
