My caller ID shows Florida. Have no idea who this is, they never leave a message. I don't answer calls if I don't know who they are from. Period.

First of all I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.
The call has a recorded message regarding lower interest rate for your credit card. The first couple of times I hangup after initial recorded message. But by the third time I realize that because of the government shut down the "do not call list" must be down. So I decided to see who answered after the recorded message. I knew it had to be a scam but I wanted to be rational and just politely ask the person to do not call again that I was not interested in their offer. The person that answered was a young man with an indian accent when I explained that I didn't want the offer and to just take me out of their calling list, he cursed me. So I cursed him back and hanged up on him.

A fellow called me from 303-368-8869 promising me a 6% interest visa card.When i wouldn't give him my bank info,he called me a stupid piece of [***] and hung up on me.Got a busy signal when i called back.

I got a call from this number today - not sure if they called my home phone or cell phone since during the day I have all calls from home forwarded to my cell phone -- Caller ID had no name shown, and I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. Sent it to voice mail and they didn't leave any message.  I only know a couple of people in South Florida (area code 305) and they would have left a message if it had been one of them.
