Call from Florida, said they wanted to lower my credit card interest rate.  I pressed 9 and told them i did not have a credit card.  The man then asked me if I had a vag*** (female anatomy) I said let me speak to your supervisor.  Another man got on the phone and the first one started asking what my bra size was.  I spoke with Verizon nuisance calls dept.  They say these losers are usually called from outside of the US and are only looking for bank information, so they are complete scammers.  It does not good to say anything at all to them.

TELEMARKETING scams are on the rise. Never give out personal information over the phone. Not home address, full name, full social, banking and credit card information or other personal information.

If you cant receive it in the mail, it is not worth your time. If you can't think about it and call them back, then it is not worth your time. Better yet, if the number is out of your calling area and suspicious DONT PICK UP.

Some of the boiler-rooms are located outside the U.S., however, it sounds like you were harassed by a U.S. based "card service" criminal/owner and his loser side kick, sometimes known as the “The Qualifier”.
